Kimberly Johnson has over 35 years of experience supporting families through pregnancy, postpartum, and early childhood. With a strong foundation in early childhood development and years as a professional nanny, she brings deep knowledge and nurturing care to every family she serves.
As a certified birth and postpartum doula and lactation peer counselor, Kimberly offers compassionate, culturally aware support during pregnancy, labor, and recovery. Her calm presence and hands-on experience make her a trusted resource for parents navigating new beginnings.
She is also the founder of a family-run doula business and is passionate about helping others feel supported, informed, and empowered through every stage of parenthood.

With nearly 20 years of experience caring for children and supporting families, Neece brings warmth, calm, and expertise to every home she enters. As a certified postpartum doula, infant care specialist, and early childhood specialist, she is passionate about helping families feel rested, confident, and supported during the early days of parenthood. Her care includes everything from newborn care and feeding support to recovery assistance and emotional encouragement for new parents. Known for her nurturing presence and ability to create a peaceful, reassuring -environment, Neece tailors her support to each family’s unique needs. She has worked with families of all sizes, including multiples and children with special needs, and takes joy in helping parents feel empowered and cared for as they welcome their little one.

Originally from California, Erica found her heart and home in Charlotte, NC. She’s a wife and boy mom who enjoys exploring NC with her family, yoga, and self-care. Erica supports diverse families through the journey of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum as a Full-spectrum Doula. With extensive training in holistic health and childbirth, she brings both knowledge and heartfelt care to every family she serves. She offers prenatal guidance to ensure families feel prepared and confident. During labor, Erica’s calm presence, evidence-based skils, and approachable demeanor help ease tension and create space for every birth experience to unfold. After birth, Erica continues her care by offering placenta encapsulation, postpartum support, and peer lactation support.
